Ingredients

1Beat 2 packs cream cheese, ¾ cup sour cream, and ⅔ cup honey until completely smooth and no lumps remain. Get the lumps out now — they won't disappear once the cream goes in.
2Add 3 cups heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form.

3Spread a little honey cream on your serving tray to anchor the first layer, then arrange 4 graham cracker sheets in a row. Spread about 3 scoops of cream over the crackers.
4Keep layering crackers and cream until you've used all 32 graham cracker sheets (not the crushed ones).
5Cover the top and sides with the remaining cream. Press 4–5 crushed graham cracker sheets onto the sides and drizzle with extra honey.
6Refrigerate overnight. Don't skip this — the overnight chill is what softens the graham crackers into a really soft, cake-like texture.
