No-Churn Chocolate Oreo Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups (480ml) heavy cream, cold
• ⅔ can (about 265g) sweetened condensed milk
• ½ cup (50g) cocoa powder
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp salt
• A handful of Oreo biscuits, roughly crushed
• Chocolate fudge sauce, for layering (optional)

Steps

1. 1Whip the 2 cups of cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Set aside.
2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together the 265g condensed milk, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence, and 1 tsp salt.
3. 3Fold this mixture into the whipped cream in small increments.
4. 4In a loaf pan or container, layer the cream mixture with the crushed Oreos and a drizzle of chocolate fudge if using. Repeat until you're out.
5. 5Cover and freeze overnight, or at least 8 hours, until firm.
